President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, first lady Mehriban Aliyeva have met with Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia.
The 2nd Summit of World Religious Leaders is being held in Baku on November 14-15. It is held in connection with the 70th anniversary of Chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade and the 40th anniversary of his work as Sheikhulislam. The summit brought together about 200 religious leaders from all over the world. It has been organized by the Caucasus Muslims Office and the state authorities of Azerbaijan.
